I love the game of WF it is soooo addictive for me on so many levels with the fast gameplay and multiple target acquisitions, playing with others. I'm not using the clicker to click stupid fast or let me shoot a gun faster or anything like that. Admittedly I have once or twice jumped up to use the bathroom for like less then a min while my WF was still shooting, but this isn't something I do a lot nor is it something I use to give me any sort of advantage over other players. I'm at my computer interacting or talking with other players who are with me usually asking them if they have any objection to my gameplay or style. I would really like to have a better understanding of DE's position on this. I'll turn the clicker on and off depending on the location of the critters in the game I'm shooting at but it allows me to level weapons and save the heavy movement and interactive play for when my hands are doing better. When I feel that coming on I usually will position my self in the mission somewhere safe and use the clicker to fire making tiny movements to my mouse or wasd keys mostly resting my hands by my side. I have flareups sometimes were the pinky, ring, and middle fingers in my hands will lockup and finger tips will start to tingle. I have ulnar nerve damage in both my hands from years working in IT and only later understanding what was going on and taking steps to change my posture and position while working. I have been using an auto clicker for quite some time to click the left or middle mouse button for me during some missions.
